About the Coach
My name is Baruch Israel. I am honored to be one of your instructors. I have been practicing Martial Arts and Combative’s since the age of 5, but it wasn’t until I went to the military that I found my love for Jiu-Jitsu.
We’re looking forward to having you and seeing you on the Mats!

Why Jiu-Jitsu/ Self Defense?
You should train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/Self-Defense if you fit or are interested in any of the categories below:
1) Health. BJJ keeps you healthy by increasing Flexibility, Strength, Endurance, and Cardio and burning more calories than your traditional gym session.
2) Self-Defense. BJJ teaches a safe, simple, and REALISTIC way to defend yourself from a would-be attacker.
3) Builds Confidence. You will be mentally, physically, and socially challenged every time you step on the mat. That’s how BJJ helps you gain confidence, focus, and discipline.
4) Develops problem-solving and critical thinking skills. BJJ teaches very intricate moves that help develop problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
